新的功能有机薄膜中的分子识别研究

摘要 本文应用AFM及力曲线的统计方法并结合分子力学计算方法研究了具有不同官能团的两种酞菁分子的LB膜及聚丙烯基梯形高分子、它的有机纳米管及其超分子系列薄膜的分子识别。力曲线的统计方法提供了有价值的信息 。 In this paper, molecule recognization was investigated using AFM/force curve combined with molecular mechanics calculation on the LB films with two Cu-phthalcyanines (CuPc) molecules and thin films of three kinds ladderlike functional organic molecule. Very interesting information was offered from statistical data of the adhesion force on the three kinds ladderlike functional organic molecular thin films. The configuration models from molecular mechanics calculation successfully verified experiment results about the five organic thin films. They would become important evidence for study on molecule recognization.
