腭裂患者腭咽图像采集分析系统的研制 被引量:2

摘要 目的:开发一种基于鼻咽纤维内窥镜(NPF)的适于腭裂患者腭咽功能评价的图像采集、记录、分析系统。方法:在Windows 2000操作系统下应用Delphi6.0进行系统开发,对图像采集卡进行编程控制,将NPF采集的腭咽图像输入到计算机后进行分析。结果:系统具有如下功能:①实时采集NPF观察到的动态腭咽图像数据;②针对腭裂患者的特点对腭咽闭合类型、腭咽闭合度等指标进行人机交互分析;③患者数据保存在数据库中,便于进行查询、修改、报表等操作;④打印检查报告。结论:该系统适用于腭裂患者术前术后的腭咽功能评价,可用于辅助腭裂二期手术及语音训练。 Objective To develop a velophargngeal image analysis system for velophargngeal function assessment on cleft palate patient. Methods The system was developed based on Delphi 6 in the operating system of Windows 2000.The velophargngeal image of cleft palate patient collected by NPF was transferred into the computer and analyzed by the system. Results The system proved to be:The image could be transferred into the computer without any delay.According to the needs of cleft palate patients,the velophargngeal closure type and rate of velophargngeal competence could be calculated. ③The date was saved and managed in a database, setting as switchboard for query and reports.④A detailed report would be printed at last. Conclusion The system is fit for velophargngeal function assessment of pre- and post- operative cleft palate patients. It can help in making operation plan and speech training.
