摘要
在评价国内学者关于技术跨越概念的基础上,从哲学视角分析了跨越的涵义与特质,界定了技术跨越的概念。主张技术跨越是技术后来者以非连续性、非常规的飞跃式发展方式,越过原有的技术轨道,赶超先行者并接近、达到或超过世界先进技术水平的质变形态。
Describe the background of the emerge of the technology leapfrogging problem and summarize the domestic scholars's views on the technology leapfrogging.From the philosophy view,analyse and summarize the concept of technology leapfrogging;make sure the concept and characteristics of the technology leapfrogging.The technology leapfrogging is the qualitive unconventional change form of the latters of the technology when they overtake the formers by jumping development.They span oringinal technology developing track and approach,reach or exceed the advanced technology level of the world.
