摘要
阐述了激光熔覆强化技术的原理及强化机理和国内外发展动态 ,与传统表面强化方法做了比较 ,总结了激光熔覆强化的优越性 .液压元件关键另件的耐磨要求很高 ,对这些零件进行激光熔覆强化 。
This paper introduces the technical theory of laser cladding and hardening, illustrates the corresponding developing trend at home and abroad, compares the new theory with the traditional one, and concludes the superiority of laser cladding.The key parts of hydraulic units have high demands on wearability, so desirable economic and social benefit may be created if laser cladding is used to harden these parts.
