摘要
目的:本实验通过研究顺氯胺铂(cDDP)、平阳霉素(PYM)、氟尿嘧啶(5-FU)在体外对宫颈癌Hela及Siha细胞系的作用,探索有效的宫颈癌新辅助化疗方案,以指导宫颈癌的临床化疗。方法:应用三磷酸腺苷生物发光法(adenosine triphosphale cell viability assay,ATP-CVA)检测以上3种化疗药物单用及联合用药对Hela及Siha细胞的药物敏感性,药物浓度以血浆峰浓度(plasm peak concentration;PPC)计算。结果:从0.2~2倍PPC浓度时,各药物随着浓度的增加抑制率逐渐增加。1倍PPC时,5-FU、cDDP、cDDP+PYM和cDDP+5-FU对Hela细胞的抑制率均高度敏感,PYM随着药物剂量增加对Hela细胞的抑制率无明显增加,且均不敏感。1倍PPC时,PYM、5-FU、cD-DP、cDDP+PYM和xDDP+5-FU对Siha细胞的抑制率均高度敏感。结论:1倍PPC时,cDDP、5-FU、cDDP+PYM、cD-DP+5-FU能有效抑制Hela和Siha细胞的生长,PYM能有效的抑制Siha细胞的生长,而对Hela细胞无明显的抑制效应。临床宫颈癌的化疗可以以此作为参考依据。

can inhibit the growth of Siha cell line,but not obviously inhibit the growth of Hela cell line,at 1 × PPC.The experiment is the basis ofthe clin-
