摘要
目的:总结急性冠状动脉综合症治疗进展。方法:查阅文献、资料。结果:再灌注基本对策仍为溶栓,有导管室首选入可获最佳预后(60～90分钟内),药物抗缺血维持冠状动脉开通状态。结论:新疗法继续深入研究,已证实有效的方法及时推广。
Objective To summarize the treating progress of acute coronary artery syndromes. Methods To consult the document and information. Results Pour thrombolysis as its basic treatment. Room equipped with trachea for the treatment if first-selected can obtain the best prognosis within 60～90 minutes. Medicine against lack blood keeps coronary artery offering the service state. Conclusion The new treatment needs further investigation,while those effective methods are popularized in time.
