摘要
研究了不同环境条件下新几内亚凤仙 (Impatienshawkeri)的光合作用特性。结果表明其光补偿点在5 0 μmol/m2 ·s左右 ,饱和点在 70 0 μmol/m2 ·s左右 ;二氧化碳补偿点在 5 0~ 10 0 μl/L之间 ,在浓度为 10 0 0 μl/L时达到饱和 ;温度在 18~ 2 9℃时 ,新几内亚凤仙的光合作用速率达到最高 ,温度超过 30℃ ,光合作用受到抑制 ;在遮荫条件下 ,新几内亚凤仙对高温有较强的适应性 ,在高温高光照条件下 。
Photosynthesis rates of New Guinea Impatiens(Impatiens hawkeri) were measured under different compound environmental factors in this experiment. The result showed that the light compensation point was about 50μmol/m^2·s,the light saturation point was around 700μmol/m^2·s. The carbon dioxide compensation point was between 50~100μl/L,and at the point of 1000μl/L the Photosynthesis rate got its maximum. The proper temperature was between 18~29℃,and the photosynthesis would be restrained when the temperature exceeded 30℃. If shaded,the New Guinea Impatiens showed fairly good adaptability. It would cause to death when the high light combinated with high temperature.
