摘要
以德立馆 ,依法治馆是当前图书馆工作的指导方针 ,而图书馆法制建设的相对滞后已经严重影响到图书馆事业的发展。本文从图书馆读者服务的角度出发 ,详细分析了读者服务过程中可能遇到的各种法律问题 。
To set up the library morally and manage it according to laws are the guidelines for current libraries. However, legal construction work in libraries is relatively stagnant, which has severely affected the development of libraries. The paper approaches the problem from the point of view of reader service, analyzes various kinds of legal problems during the process of reader service and puts forward some trains of thought to solve the problem.
