摘要
建筑物配建停车场是解决城市停车问题的关键,其配建指标合理与否体现了大城市在城市规划与管理方面的水平,随着汽车保有量的增加和城市用地性质的变更,整个指标体系均会发生变化。本文结合广州市新一轮的配建指标修订,参照国内外其他城市的经验,对用地分类部分展开详细讨论,总结出一些方法,供其他城市参考。
