摘要
依据对IC反应器有机物降解特性的分析,以及对其精细处理区和膨胀污泥床区水力流态分别作推流和全混流处理,基质降解速率与微生物浓度之间按一级反应处理的基础上,建立了IC反应器基质降解动力学理论模型。并根据80LIC反应器处理葡萄糖配水的试验结果,确定出了反应器在平均温度为33 3℃条件下污泥膨胀床区和精细处理区内基质降解动力学参数分别为K1=6 47×10-6L·mgVSS-1h-1,K2=0 341L·h-1。
Theory model of kinetics of substrate decomposing in IC reactor was set up on the basis of analysis for substrate decomposing characteristics in reactor, and on the basis of the hypothesis: the flow regimes of the wastewater in expanded granular sludge bed and fine treatment bed of IC reactor are separately treated as mixed flow and plug flow, and the relationship between substrate decomposing rate and wastewater concentration is treated as first order reaction. In order to test the model, the experiment of substrate decomposing was conducted in one 80L IC reactor on treating wastewater with glucose as main component. By the experiment the kinetic coefficients of substrate decomposing in expanded granular sludge bed and fine treatment bed were determined under 33.3℃: K_1=6.47×10^(-6) L·mgVSS^(-1)h^(-1),K_2=0.341L·h^(-1).
