创新是一个民族的动力源泉 ,中华民族在激烈的国际竞争中要能够立于不败之地 ,就必须进行全方位的创新 ;创新是全方位的系统工程 ,认识是创新系统工程先导性的关键环节 ;悟作为中国传统的认识方式具有创新的功能和作用 ;培养人的“悟性”正是培养中华民族创新能力的重要途径之一。
To bring forth New ldeas is the source and basic of a country. It's necessary to bring forth the new idea. in all fields. It's a systematic work.
