摘要
就艺术体操运动项目的特点,对教练员和裁判员之间的关系进行综合分析研究,提出教练员与裁判员之间的沟通与团结是推动我国艺术体操运动发展的重要动力,并提出加强沟通的具体建议。
This paper analyzes the relationship between rhythmic gymnastics coaches and judges according to the characteristics of rhythmic gymnastics. It suggests that the communication and solidarity between coaches and judges is an important driving force to the development of rhythmic gymnastics in China, thus, it gives some advices on how to enhance the communication.
