摘要
在中国改革的转型期 ,收入分配制度改革不仅是经济体制改革的一个重要组成部分 ,而且关系到社会和政治的稳定。本文首先阐述了转型期收入分配的基本原则 :先富带共富和效率优先、兼顾公平 ,然后分析了中国改革前收入分配的特点和改革后收入分配格局的变化 ,根据这些分析 ,作者研究了导致转型期收入差距变化的四个主要原因 :经济发展、体制变迁、经济政策和外部影响 ,最后对改进收入分配的途径进行了探讨。
In the transitional period of China, the reform of the income distribution system is an important part of the reform of China's economic system and has much to do with our social and political stability. This paper covers the following aspects: the basic principles for the income distribution, the initiate wealthy group leading to shared prosperity, the priority of efficiency and fairness, the traits and changes before and after the reform, the four main reasons for the income changes (economic development, change of the system, economic policy and external influences) and the possible approaches to the improvement of the existing income distribution.
