摘要
村委会选举是村民自治的基础和核心,村委会选举总是要付出一定成本的,同时也有一定的收益。从村民的角度来分析,其收益是大于付出的成本的。因此,通过村委会选举的成本———收益分析,可以进一步发掘村委会选举对推进中国民主化进程的价值。
The villager autonomy is based on the villagers' committee election.From the view angle of the villager,the benefit of the villagers' committee election is always the cost of expenditure. So the value of the villagers' committee election which impulses the democratization process of China can be further excavated by the cost-benefit analysis of villagers' committee election.
