摘要
慢性阻塞性肺疾病(COPD)是一种常见病,在世界范围内发病率逐年上升。现对其防治药物,如支气管扩张剂、糖皮质激素、磷酸二酯酶4(PDE4)抑制剂、炎症介质阻滞剂、蛋白酶抑制剂、黏液调整剂等研究进展做一综述。
Chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD) is a common disease and its worldwide incidence has been increasing year after year. In this paper, the research progress of drugs for treatment and prevention of COPD, including bronchodilators, glucocorticoids, phosphodiesterase type 4 inhibitors,inhibitors of inflammatory mediators,protease inhibitors and mucoregulators are reviewed.
