摘要
分析了催化裂化烟气能量回收系统操作工艺失常状态的影响因素,建立了故障树模型;运用现场故障调查的实际数据,采用模糊评定方法,对能量回收系统工艺失常状态进行了定量分析,确定了影响系统长周期运行的关键因素及失效机理,为催化裂化装置安全可靠运行提供理论指导。
Factors influencing unstable operation states of FCC unit flue gas energy recovery system have been analyzed and the fault tree models established. Quantitative analysis of unstable operation states has been carried out based on the actual data from onsite fault with fuzzy evaluation method. Meanwhile, the key factors that influence long period running of the system as well as the disabled mechanism have been determined.
