摘要
对盐胁迫下 ,紫花苜蓿SOD、丙二醛及超氧化物歧化酶同工酶的活性进行研究。结果表明 :在不同盐浓度的胁迫下 ,紫花苜蓿叶片的超氧化物歧化酶的活性随着盐浓度的增大而增强 ,但当盐浓度超过一定值时 ,超氧化物歧化酶活性减弱 ;丙二醛的含量随盐浓度的增大而升高 ;叶绿体超氧化物歧化酶同工酶在对照时呈现 6条带 ,一经盐处理后 ,c2 带消失 ,随着盐胁迫的增加 ,b1,c1酶带也消失 ,而c2 带又重新出现。
Under the different stress of Nacl, superoxide activities of Medicago sativa increase as the intensity strengthen to certain intensity which decreased; MDA content of sativa increased along with the increase of stress intensity strengthen. under normal condition there are six SOD isozyme bands , when saltstress c_2 isozyme bands disappear , with the saltstress content increased the b_1,c_2 isozyme disappear and the c_2 isozyme appear again.
