摘要
应用电化学阻抗谱及极化测量技术 ,研究了在高压CO2 的 1%NaCl溶液中松香胺类缓蚀剂 (RA)对N80钢的缓蚀机理 ,并探讨了它的吸脱附行为 .结果表明 ,RA缓蚀剂对N80钢在高压二氧化碳体系中腐蚀有良好的缓蚀作用 ,缓蚀效应是负催化效应 ,在碳钢表面的吸附服从Langmuir吸附等温式 .电位正移到脱附电位以上是RA阳极脱附的主要原因 ,这时它使表面电容Cd显著增加 ,传递电阻Rt明显减小 .
The inhibition mechanism of rosin amide corrosion inhibitor (RA) for carbon steel in CO 2 solution has been studied by electrochemical techniques including electrochemical impedance spectrum (EIS) and polarization curve measurements.It is shown that the inhibition of RA is due to its negative catalytic effect.The adsorption of RA on carbon steel surface obeyed the Langmuir isotherm.The positive shift of the potential over the adsorption potential is the main reason of desorption of RA on the anode,which then increases the interface capacity and decreases the transfer resistance.
