摘要
社会公德原则的保险立法规定对调整保险关系,促进保险业的健康发展以及弘扬保险伦理精神,推动市场经济道德建设具有重要影响。为了贯彻此项原则,必须在保险法制建设、保险制度建设、保险改革与发展和道德教育方面采取切实可行的措施。
The insurance legislation following the principle of social ethics has great influence on the adjustment of the insurance relationship,promoting the healthy development of insurance industry and spreading the ethical spirit of insurance.We should take effective measures in the construction of insurance legislation,insurance system,insurance reform and development ,moral education in order to carry out the principle.
