摘要
主要介绍了基于FIX齐鲁石化氯碱厂PVC装置过程监控系统的实现以及该过程监控系统基本功能和结构。采用了FIX和VB6.0进行DCS和监控计算机通讯的接口设计,实现数据采集与转发、数据组织、实时数据应用、历史数据应用。
The realization of process monitoring system based on the FIX and the basic functions and architecture of the process monitoring system for PVC plant of chlor-alkali complex of Qilu Pro-chemical Co.is described.The FIX7.0 and VB6.0 are used to design the communication interface between DCS and monitoring computer,and for data acquisition and transformation,application of real-time data and application of historic data in the monitoring system.
