摘要
通过对Cr12 MoV ,MnCrWV和 4Cr5MoVSi三种模具钢进行淬火及在不同温度下回火处理 ,测定硬度值和粘着磨损、磨粒磨损的比磨损量 ,得到了磨具钢回火温度、硬度与比磨损量的关系特性。实验指出 ,注塑成型磨具在工作温度 30 0℃、热处理硬度HRC5 5以上的条件下工作 。
The hardness and wearability (adhesive wear and abrasive wear) of Cr 12 MoV, MnCrWV and 4Cr 5MoVSi steel were determined by quenching and treating in different temper temperatures. The relationship of temper temperature, hardness and wearability was pointed out. All kinds of the experimental steels showed good wearability in the condition that the injection mold s temperature is below 300℃ and rochwedl hardness is above HRC55.
