摘要
常规地层孔隙压力预测准则是依据某一裸眼段的最高孔隙压力设计该井段的钻井液密度,但易使钻井液密度过高而影响勘探开发效益。提出了新的地层孔隙压力精确预测的准则,即运用新的数学方法忽略所占比例不大的少数高孔隙压力井段,进行地层孔隙压力预测,并据此指导钻井工程设计,从而大大降低了钻井液密度,不仅可以加快钻井速度,降低钻井成本,而且可以有效地解决钻井过程中的油气层保护问题。该方法在板深7井的首次应用取得了良好的效果。
The mud density is determined by the highest pore pre ssure in open hole sections, but the common prediction of formation pore pressur e is tend to more large than the actual one, and thus results in an exorbitant m ud density and productivity reduction. Thus, this paper presents a novel method for predicting accurately formation pore pressure, which employs new mathematica l measures and overlooks few abnormal pressure hole sections. The new method can guide well plan, reduce mud density remarkably, speed ROP, reduce drilling cost , and prevents effectively reservoirs from contaminations. The first applicatio n to well Banshen-7 achieves a good result.
