摘要
我们的社会实践活动置身于改革开放的社会背景与错综复杂的社会关系之中 ,经常会涉及到利益冲突与道德冲突问题。在利益冲突与道德冲突中如何选择自己的行为 ,关系着职业工作的社会意义 ,也是对自身能力的重大考验。面对道德冲突 ,走出道德冲突 ,进行道德选择 ,必须实现观念上的转变 ,加强制度保障 ,并通过改造社会的实践活动提高人们的选择能力、确立明确的道德价值目标。
We are frequently facing the interest and moral conflicts as all of our social interactions take place within the context of reform and opening up to the outside world and under the background of the complex social relations. How to make one's choices before such conflicts is of much social significance to the construction of our professional ethics, as well as an ordeal to one's individual capabilities. A successful way out of the moral dilemma and a correct choice over moral judgment depend on the transformation of our ideas, the further institutional assurance, and the enhancement of people's capability in decision-making and setting up their criteria in moral and value judgment through their participation of the practice of social reforms.
