摘要
目的 对87例前列腺肿块进行病因分析,指导临床治疗。方法 应用血清免疫学及B型超声波对87例前列腺肿块患者进行分类筛选及试验性治疗,动态分析血清PSA变化以明确病因。结果 87例患者中急慢性细菌性前列腺炎43例,BPH及BPH合并慢性炎症28例,前列腺癌16例。结论 B-US结合血清PSA动态检测及抗菌试验性治疗基本可以鉴别出前列腺肿块的病因并指导临床治疗。
Objective To analyze the pathogeng of 87 cases of the prostate masses and direct the clinic. Methods Serum immunology and B-ultrasound (B-US) were applied to the classified screening and testing treatment of 87 patients who suffered from the prostate masses, then were dynamically analyzed the changes of PSA in serum were to make the pathogeny clear. Results Among the 87 patients, there were 43 cases with acute or chronic bacterial prostatitis, 28 cases with benign prostatic hyperplasia (BPH) or BPH combined with chronic inflammation and 16 cases with acleenocarcinoma of the prostate. Conclusion The combination of B-US and the dynanic test of PSA in serum with the anti-bacteria testing treatment can basically identify the pathogeng of the prostate masses and direct the clinical treatment.
