摘要
目的 探讨C-erbB-2、p53和KiA-67在卵巢上皮癌的表达及其临床意义。方法 采用免疫组化SP方法检测36例卵巢上皮癌、12例交界性肿瘤及18例卵巢良性上皮性肿瘤组织中C-erbB-2、p53和Ki-67的表达情况。结果 C-erbB-2、p53和Ki-67三者在卵巢上皮癌组织中的阳性表达率分别为83.3％、80.6％、88.9％;在交界性肿瘤组织中的阳性表达率分别为58.3％、50％、66.7％;在良性肿瘤组织中的阳性表达率分别为27.8％、22.2％、22.2％,从良性卵巢肿瘤到交界性卵巢肿瘤再到恶性卵巢肿瘤C-erbB-2、p53和Ki-67阳性表达率显著升高(P<0.05);在卵巢上皮癌中FIGO分期为Ⅰ～Ⅱ期及组织学分级G1级者,其C-erbB-2、p53和Ki-67阳性表达率显著高于FIGO分期为Ⅲ～Ⅳ期及组织学分级G2～G3级者(P<0.05)。结论 C-erbB-2、p53和KiZ-67的异常袭达在卵巢上皮癌的发生和发展中可能发挥着一定作用。
Objective To explore the expression and clinical significance of C-erbB-2, p53 and Ki-67 in epithelial ovarian carcinomar. Methods Immunohistochemistry SP method was used to detect the expression of C-erbB-2, p53 and Ki-67 protein in 36 cases of epithelial ovarian carcinoma, 18 cases of borderline tumor and 12 cases benign tumor. Results The positive rates in epithelial ovarian carcinoma . borderline and benign epithelial ovarian tumor were C - erbB - 2 , p 5 3 and Ki - 6 7 in malignant , borderline and benign epithelial ovarian tumor were 83. 3% , 58. 3% and 27.8%, respectively, for C-erbB-2; 80. 6% , 50% and 22.2%, respectively, for p53; and 88. 9%, 66. 7% and 22.2% , respectively, for Ki-67. The positive rates of C-erbB-2, p53 and Ki-67 increased significantly from benign to borderline, and from borderline to malignant epithelial ovarian tumor (P< 0.05 ) . In the cases with FIGO staging Ⅰ and Ⅱ , and histological grade Ⅰ, the positive rates of C-erbB-2, p53 and Ki-67 were significantly higher than that in those cases with FIGO staging Ⅲ and Ⅳ , and histoligical grade Ⅱ and Ⅲ, respectively (P< 0.05) .Conclusion The over-expression of C-erbB-2, p53 and Ki-67 may play an important role in the occurrent and development of epithelial ovarian carcinomar. Delection of the expression of C-erbB-2, p53 and Ki-67 may valuable in predicting the prognosis of epithelial ovarian carcinomar.
