摘要 目的 :观察1 ,6 -二磷酸果糖 (FDP)在开胸手术中对冠心病患者的心肌保护作用。方法 :冠心病心绞痛患者82例 ,行开胸手术 ,以单盲、对比法分为FDP组42例 ,年龄 (60±6)岁 ;对照组40例 ,年龄 (61±9)岁。100ml溶液中含有FDP10g,对照组用5 %葡萄糖100ml,2组均作静脉滴注 ,10~15分钟内滴完。结果 :FDP组与对照组心电图改善依次为70 %和10 % ,FDP组优于对照组 (P<0 01)。结论 :FDP在开胸手术中能有效的保护心肌功能。 Objective:To study the protective effects of fructose-1,6-diphosphete(FDP)on patients with coronary heart disease in thorax operations.Methods:82patients of coronary heart disease with angina pectoris performed by thoracotomy were divided into FDP group(42cases,age60±6a)and the control group(40cases,age61±9a)by single-blind way and antitheses way.There was10g FDP in100ml liquor for FDP group,while5%glucose100ml for the control group,both of them were given by intravenous drip and finished in10~15minutes.Results:The improvement rate of FDP group and the control group was70%and10%respectively,the FDP group was superior to the control group.Conclusion:FDP can effectively protect the function of heart in thorax operations.
