摘要
目的 :观察中西医结合护理治疗酒精性肝病的疗效。方法 :5 2例确诊为酒精性肝病的患者均予以中西医结合护理。以坚持中西医结合护理指导措施 33例为观察组 ;由于患者性格、文化水平等差异 ,不能配合 ,未能坚持护理指导措施 19例为对照组。观察并比较两组治疗效果。结果 :观察组疗效明显优于对照组 (P <0 0 5 )。结论 :正确的中西医结合护理指导措施 。
Objective:To observate therapeutic effect on alcohol hepatopathy by combination therapy of Chinese and western medicine.Method:52 cases had been diagnosed as alcohol hepatopathy,33 cases received combined therapy.19 cases missed combined therapy and related nursing as control.Result:Therapeutic result is better in combined treatment group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Suitable Chinese and western treatment nursing direction can improve alcohol hepatopathy patients' convalescence.
