摘要
采用山东金岭铁矿选矿厂尾矿为矿样,选用试图加入18m尾矿大井中的几种絮凝剂分别做絮凝沉降试验,筛选出最佳絮凝剂。确定最佳絮凝剂后,研究了介质pH值、温度对尾矿絮凝沉降的影响。试验结果表明聚丙烯酰胺能够显著提高尾矿絮凝沉降速度,有利于在生产实践中推广使用。
The ore-dressing plant tailings of Jinling Iron Mine were used as samples. Flocculating settling tests were carried out by several flocculants which will be utilized to add in the 18 meters thickener for picking out the optimum flocculant. After deciding the optimum flocculant, the influence of medium pH value and temperatu-re on tailings settling were further studied. The experimental results indicated that polyacrylamide can significant- ly increase flocculating settling velocity and can be used in practice for tailings settling.
