近年来 ,宪政成为理论界尤其是法学研究关注的焦点之一。宪政追求的最核心价值是有效限制政府权力以保障个人的合法权利和基本自由。在此基础上 。
In recent years, the constitutionalism has become one of the focuses being paid more attention to by the theory circle, especially the law science research. The most central value that the constitutionalism pursues is to limit government's power in order to ensure the personal lawful right and basic free effectively. Today, analyzing the guarantee and seeking the resource of native country to implement the constitutionalism has the important realistic meanings.
