摘要 针对数据仓库中的概念建模,提出了一种改进的多维数据概念建模方法。该方法利用UML(unifiedmodelinglanguage)的扩展机制,通过定义相应的类,可以对数据仓库中概念建模的各种情况进行图形化描述。根据具体背景对该方法的应用进行了描述,并与其它的相关概念建模方法进行了对比。 To describe the conceptual modeling in data warehouse, an improved conceptual multidimensional modeling technique was introduced by using the extension capability of UML. defining the corresponding classes, all kinds of things can be described in conceptual modeling of data warehouse with diagram. The application of this technique was described according to a factual example, and made a compare with other conceptual multidimensional data modeling techniques.
