摘要
市场经济、知识经济条件下,应树立一种新的道德观念,即自己不尽所能是不道德的;无视他人的能力,甚至嫉贤妒能,也是不道德的。要确立以德为前提,以能力为本位的新型文化价值观。这是历史发展的必然,是市场经济的内在要求,也是我国经济、政治体制改革的目标和生产力发展的动力。当代大学生必须树立能力本位的人生价值理念。
Under the conditions of market and knowledge economy, a new morality should be established, i.e. it is not moral for someone not to devote all his abilities when he can; Nor is it moral for someone who ignores or envies others' abilities. The new cultural values, morals as the premise and abilities as the standard, should be established. It is the necessity of the development of the history, the inner requirements of market economy, the goal of our political and economical system reforms and the motive of the development of labor forces. The contemporary college students must establish the life value of ability standard.
