摘要
新世纪之初,世界正在发生广泛而深刻的变化,我国也正在进行、完善和发展着社会主义制度的自我变革,高校思想政治工作面临许多新情况、新问题。在新形势下正确把握思想政治工作的特点,探索思想政治工作的规律和方法,是加强和改进高校思想政治工作的重要课题。
At the beginning of new century, the world is changing extensive and deeply. Our country is going on
too, perfecting and developing the self -- change of socialist system. The ideological and political work of university faces
a lot of new things and new problems. How to hold the characteristic of the ideological and political work correctly under
the new situation and probe the law and methord of the ideological and political work is the important subject of strength-
ening and improveing the ideological and political work of university.
