摘要
“体育法制”是法制体系的1个有机组成部分,是法制在体育领域中的具体运用和体现。针对目前我国体育法制工作中存在的不足,对我国体育法制的涵义,现状及进入21世纪我国体育法制建设的改革方向和措施提出了自己的建议和看法。
Legal system of sport is an organic part of legality, at the same time, it is the specific application and embody of legality. The author puts forward her proposals about the meaning, present situation of legal system of sport, as well as the direction and measures of its reform in the 21st century.
