体育教学要从指导思想的单纯传授知识、技术的传统观念中解放出来。应从人的全面发展出发,尊重人的本体特点、个人兴趣,挖掘人的潜力,调动人的积极性来培养学生的体育能力、增强体质、追求学生身心和谐的全面发展,从而达到“育体、育智、育神”。
