振兴东北老工业基地的关键在于建立和完善多种所有制的经济制度,因此,要大力发展非公有制经济。在非公有制经济中,私营经济具有代表性和典型性。把发展私营经济作为切入点,建立和完善多种所有制经济制度,是振兴东北老工业基地的重要抉择。
The key to rejuvenate the the old northeast industrial base is to establish and perfect various economic systems.Therefore,non-public economic system should be developed because in the non-public economic system,the private economy has its representation.We should take the private economy as the key strongpoint,to establish and perfect the various economic systems is the vital choice to rejuvenate the old northeast industrial base.
