摘要
目的 :制订固精参茸丸中白芍、当归、川芎、丹参、补骨脂的薄层鉴别方法。方法 :薄层色谱法。结果 :供试品色谱中 ,在与对照品及对照药材色谱相应的位置上 ,显相同颜色的斑点。结论 :该方法简便、重现性好 ,阴性对照无干扰 ,可作为该制剂的质量控制的方法之一。
Objective: To establish a method to identify Radix Paeoniae Alba ; Radix Angelicae Sinensis ; Rhizoma Chuanxiong ; Radix Salviae Miltorrhizae ; Fructus Pasoralizae in Gujing Senrong Wan. Methods: TLC. Results: The same color spots in the TLC graphs of sample existed at the corresponding position compared with the controls. Conclusion: The medthods have been confined to be simple, feasible and reproducible. It can be used for the quality control of Gujing Shenrong Wan.
