摘要
社会责任标准认证制度SA8000是继绿色壁垒之后,中国企业将面临的又一贸易壁垒,面对新的挑战,我国企业总成本领先的优势将不复存在。文章认为,面对发达国家不断筑起的贸易壁垒,我国企业应积极创造条件,争取SA8000标准的认证;开展社会营销,从更高的层次提升企业竞争优势;运用差异化战略重新培育我国企业的竞争优势;以价值工程为手段,从产品生产的源头降低成本;实施品牌文化战略,提升品牌竞争力。企业社会责任的理念是全社会所提倡的企业道德精神,只有树立企业形象才能立于不败之地。
SA8000 is a trade barrier confronted by Chinese enterprises.Facing the trade barrier,to order to rebuild the competitive advantages Chinese enterprises should take such measures such as struggling for the approval of SA8000,carrying out the social marketing,resorting to the differentiated strategy to foster the competitive advantages,to tow the cost with the help of value engineering, and to put the brand culture strategy in practice.
