摘要
介绍了轴流式水轮机转轮CAD系统的开发要点和设计程序的特点及步骤。该系统集分析计算程序、数据管理及绘图系统为一体,构成完整、独立的CAD设计系统。转轮设计计算程序采用流线积分法进行,并将以前的设计经验及试验数据作为设计依据,利用高级语言与Auto-CAD的接口实现自动绘图。
The design steps and features of the CAD system for Kaplan turbine runner is introduced in the paper. The system consists of the calculating program, data management and drawing blocks, which forms an integrated and independent system. The designing program is conducted on the base of streamline integral, in combining with design experience and testing data. Plotting is based on the interface of AutoCAD and senior programing language.
