摘要
稠油在地层中的流动具有非牛顿流体特性,为研究其对水平井产能的影响,将稠油视为幂律流体,将地层结构简化为迂曲毛细管模型更接近真实地层,因此,采用迂曲毛管模型研究幂律流体流变特性,得到新的流变方程,并以此为基础,根据速度势理论,推导出了三维空间定压边界稳态流动条件下的水平井的产能预测新公式。计算结果与实际产量对比表明,稠油的非牛顿流动特性对水平井产能预测结果具有一定的影响,考虑稠油非牛顿流动特性和迂由度的水平井产能预测公式与实际相符合。
Heavy oil always reveals non-newton rheological behaviors in formations. In order to study its impacts on productivity of horizontal wells, we view heavy oil as power fluid and study its rheological behaviors based on the detour index. Based on this assumption that a new rheological equation are gained, and the productivity of horizontal wells is derived based on the velocity potential and 3D with consideration of apparent viscosity and detour index. Comparations between theoretical values and actual productions show that the non-newton behaviors demonstrate effects on prediction results to a certain degree, and both are in good accordance considering its non-newton behaviors.
