摘要
固体气相渗硼是使用一种特殊的固体渗硼剂,在加热和保温过程中,经剧烈而又复杂的化学反应产生渗硼气氛,在工件与固体渗剂不接触的情况下实现渗硼;对钢铁材料而言,获得性能优良的单相 Fe_2B 组织;这种新型的渗硼方法,克服了固、液、气体渗硼方法的缺点,而具备气体渗硼的优点.固体气相渗硼已获得国家专利局的专利,并由南京摄山电炉总厂生产固体气相渗硼专用电炉.
In solid gaseous state boronization,a special solid boronizing agent isused.During the process of heating and heat preserving,the boronizingatmosphere is formed as being engaged in the acute and complex chemicalreaction.As a result,the boronization is realized without the contactbetween workpiece and boronizing agent.For steel materials,a singlephase Fe_2B structure with good properties will be got.By this method,the defects of solid,liquid and gas boronization were overcome,and themethod has the advantages of gas boronization.The method of solid gaseous state boronization has obtained patentof the National Patent Office.A special dectrie furnace for solid gaseousstate boronization is produced by Nanjing Sheshan Electric FurnaceFactory.
