摘要
铁水脱硫是炼铁和炼钢的中间环节,本文根据一个确定铁水脱硫剂喷吹量的数学模型建立了一个专家系统,对在脱硫时起主要作用的参量(初始硫、目标硫、铁水质量、铁水温度)进行控制.根据系统的特点及专家的专门知识和经验,采用基于事例和规则的综合推理方法进行控制设计,仿真结果验证了专家系统的有效性和合理性.
A hot metal defulfurization is a step between the iron-making and steel-making.The paper describes a expert system for control of the spouted amount of calcium-magnesium powder used in hot metal defulfurization. According to the distinguishing features of the system and special knowledge and experience of experts,a case and rules based method is adopted to form a control design,and the simulating result prores that the expert system is efficient and resonable.
