焦化厂破焦炭使用的破焦机 ,其主要工作部位为狼牙齿 ,在未进行耐磨焊处理前 ,连续使用不到 30 0 0h便需要更换狼牙齿 ,既费钱又费力还浪费大量时间 ;在使用KD系列耐磨焊条后 ,可以连续使用 30 0 0 0h以上 。
Coke breaker is a machine to break coke in coking factory.Wolf teeth is its main working part.Before overlaying welding,wolf teeth has to be replaced less than 3000 hours, which wasted money and labour as well as time. After overlying welding, continuous working time is increased to more than 30 000 hours, which yielded good economic and social benefits.
