摘要
我们设计以小隐静脉远段为蒂的岛状皮瓣,转位后将皮瓣远端的小隐静脉与内踝处大隐静脉吻合,形成以小隐静脉供血,大隐静脉回流的岛状皮瓣。用以修复足跟、跟后及小腿下端软组织缺损6例,5例疗效满意,1例坏死。文中介绍了手术方法,讨论了皮瓣的优缺点,成活机理及注意事项。
We have devised a small saphenous island flap and successfully used in 6 patients for repairing soft tissue defect of the hell and the sole.After its transference,the small saph- enous vein was anastomosed to the large saphenous vein over the ankle in order to obtain the blood supply from the small saphenous vein and blood return through the large saph- enous vein. The advantage of this flap is that the vessels are superficial with large caliber so that it is easy to do anastomosis without any influence to the donor area.We believe that this flap can be used to repair soft tissue defect of the leg and foot.In this article,the oper- ative method and advantages and shortcoming are introduced.
