摘要
通过分析单件订货型企业车间作业计划过程中涉及的各种时间参数 ,提出一种包括时间参数前置处理和后置处理的车间作业计划思想 ,叙述了时间参数转换的概念、意义、方法和具体的转换算法 。
By analyzing time-parameters in Job-shop Scheduling Problem(JSP) in one-of-a-kind & order-oriented production corporations, this paper presented a new idea of Job-shop Scheduling. In this idea, carrying out a JSP included three phases. The first phase was pre-conversion of time-parameters in which all relevant time-parameters were converted into relative time. In the second one, which was the main phase including some optimization algorithms of JSP, all operations concerning time-parameters were with regard to relative time. The third phase was called as after-conversion of time-parameters. In the phase,all relative times in the JSP solution were coverted into global times corresponding production times settings of a corporation. Conceptions and significances of the conversions of time-parameters were presented. The approaches and the corresponding algorithms were also addressed in this paper. Further more, a case study was conducted to validate the approaches and the algorithms.
