摘要
从我国青海湖的湖水中,分离到一株嗜盐的链霉菌,编号为3701.经对该菌株形态、培养特征,生理特性、碳源利用、抗菌谱等进行研究后,发现它与球孢链霉菌比较相似,但又有明显区别,认为是个新变种,命名为球孢链霉菌青海湖变种(Streptomyces globisporus var.qinghailacustris n.var.Feng).
In preliminary experiments of general survey of microorganism ecologyin Qinghai Lake,Qinghai a strain of Streptomyces culture No.3701adopted to salt was isolated from the Lake Water.Its morphological cul-tural characteristics and physiological properties as well as antimicrobialspectrum were studied.It is near to Streptomyces globisparus as describedin the literature,but there are some significant differences between thetwo strains.Therefore,it was considered,to be a new variety and namedStreptomyces globisporus var ginghailacustris n.var.Feng.
