摘要
回顾了变电站自动化系统通信技术的发展历程,从通信距离、通信速率、节点数等方面对串行通信技术和现场总线技术进行了比较,并提出了一种继电保护中以太网通信的接口电路的软,硬件设计方案。该方案选用内置因特网和以太网协议族的W3100A芯片,减少了软件协议的编写,而且传输速率高、工作方式灵活。所有芯片的电压等级均为3.3 V,功耗低、实用性强。
The development of communication technology of substation automation system was reviwed and the serial communication with fieldbus technology on communication distance.speed,nodes aspects was compared.
The design method of software and hardware for interface circuits which arc used in Ethernet communication of relay protection was also given. It selected W3100A (the chip which includes Internet and Ethernet protocol) and reduced the work of compiling the software. The speed of communication is fast and flexible. All of the chips work on voltage of 3.3 V, having low power.
