摘要
目的 :探讨卡介菌核糖核酸 (BCG PSN)与手术或化疗联合治疗非小细胞肺癌 (non smallcelllungcancer ,NSCLC)的临床意义。方法 :随机选择 12 0例欲行手术、化疗的原发性NSCLC患者各 60例 ,分别随机分为 3组 (共 6组 ) :单纯手术 /化疗组、对照组 [胸腺肽 (TPI)组 ]、实验组(BCG PSN组 )。用药前、用药后 2周及用药后 1个月分别测量患者外周血的免疫指标并进行比较。结果 :手术组术后 2周组间、组内各项指标比较差异均无统计学意义 ,P >0 0 5 ;手术后 1个月TPI组和BCG PSN组组间、组内比较部分测验指标差异有统计学意义 ,P <0 0 5。化疗组化疗后 2周单纯化疗组各项指标较给药前水平低 ,P <0 0 5 ;TPI组和BCG PSN组所测各项指标组间、组内比较差异无统计学意义 ,P >0 0 5 ;化疗后 1个月TPI组、BCG PSN组组内比较各项检测指标差异均有统计学意义 ,P <0 0 5 ;而组间比较差异无统计学意义 ,P >0 0 5。结论 :BCG PSN、TPI与手术、化疗联合治疗NSCLC都能提高患者的细胞免疫功能 ,从而增强患者的抗肿瘤能力 ,BCG PSN优于TPI。
OBJECTIVE:To study the clinical significance of BCG PSN combined with operation or chemotherapy in treating non small cell lung cancer(NSCLC). METHODS :One hundred and twenty primary NSCLC patients, including 60 for operation and 60 for chemotherapy,were randomly selected in this study and divided into 3 groups (totally 6 sub groups):operation/chemotherapy group, control group[Thymopolypeptides (TPI) group),and BCG PSN group.Before the treatment,2 weeks and 1 month after the treatment, immunity indexes of the peripheral blood were measured and inter /intra grouply compared. RESULTS:In the operation group,2 weeks after the operation, there was no significant inter and intra group difference.One month after the operation, there were significant inter and intra group differences in TPI group and BCG PSN group, P <0 05. In chemotherapy group, after 2 weeks of chemotherapy, the immunity level was decreased when compared with ante chemotherappy period, P <0 05;There was no significant inter and intra group difference in TPI and BCG PSN groups.One month after the chemotherapy,there was a significant intra group difference, P <0 05,but no inter group difference in TPI group and BCG PSN group. CONCLUSIONS:Combined therapy of BCG PSN or TPI with operation and chemotherapy may improve the immunity level of NSCLC patient, so as to enhance the patient’s anti tumor ability. The effect of BCG PSN is better than that of TPI.
