摘要
胞质钙作为信使对细胞各种生理活动具有广泛调控作用 ,钙在肌肉收缩 ,激素、消化酶类和神经递质的释放中起重要作用 ,钙参与更广泛的生理过程 ,如生物膜通透性及细胞兴奋性的控制、细胞代谢、细胞形态的维持、细胞周期的调控以及生殖细胞的成熟和受精等。在病理情况下 ,Ca2 + 参与了细胞的损伤过程 ,在心血管疾病。
Calcium in the cytoplast has wide regulative function to kinds of physiological activity as the messenger, plays a important role in the contraction of muscle and the release of hormones, digesting enzymes and neurotransmitter. Calcium participates in wider physiological process, like the control of biomembrane permeability and cell excitability, the metabolism of cells, the maintainnence of cell configuration, the regulation of cell cycle and the maturation and impregnation of germ cell, ets. Ca 2+ also involved in the process of cell damage and in the cardiovascular disease and liver cell damage.
