摘要
目的 探讨应用三维超声表面模式显像观察胎儿面部结构 ,选择最佳时间 ,提高胎儿唇裂的检出率。方法 采用三维超声表面模式 ,对 1 8周以上的 36 2例孕妇 ,面部成功显像 2 98例 ,重点观察胎儿鼻唇部结构。结果 应用三维超声表面模式 ,图像直观、形象、逼真、准确 ;发现唇裂 7例 ,其中单侧唇裂 5例 ,合并腭裂 2例。结论 三维超声表面模式诊断唇裂畸形的最佳时间为 2 0~ 34周 ,安全、可靠 ,易于推广。
Objective To discuss how to display the fetal facial frame using 3D ultrasound surface mode(USM)and then to improve the detection rate of fetal cleft lip at the optimal periods.Methods Among 362 prognant women,the fetal facial frame could be displayed using 3D USM in 298 pregnant ones,The exaoninations were focused on the labial and nasal frames.Results The images by 3D USM were direet,visual,precise and live like. Seven cases had cleft lip including 5 cases of unilateral cleft lip and 2 cases of cleft palate.Conclusions The optimal periods to diagnose cleft lip abnormality are from 20 to 34 weeks during the pregnancy.USM is safe, reliable and easily to be applied.
