摘要
目的 :研究益肾活血胶囊 (YSWX)对慢性肾功能不全性贫血大鼠血浆红细胞生成素含量及肾功能的影响 .方法 :用腺嘌呤建立大鼠肾性贫血模型 (n =30 ) ,用YSWX进行防治 .结果 :经过益肾活血胶囊治疗 ,大鼠肾功能明显改善(BUNmmol/L :1 7.5± 3.6vs 2 8.5± 1 0 .6 ,P <0 .0 1 ;1 2 .2±3.2vs 2 8.5± 1 0 .6 ,P <0 .0 1 ;SCrμmol/L :1 0 9.1± 1 0 .2vs72 .1± 7.6 ,P <0 .0 1 ;93.9± 1 1 .7vs 72 .1± 7.6 ,P <0 .0 1 ) ,EPO含量 (CFU E)明显升高 ,和病理组比较差异显著(CFU E :1 1 .5± 3.4vs 6 .5 8± 2 .1 ,P <0 .0 1 ;1 3.2± 3.6vs6 .5 8± 2 .1 ,P <0 .0 1 ) .结论 :益肾活血胶囊具有改善肾功能 。
AIM: To investigate the effects of YiShenHuoXue Capsule (YSWX) on erythropoietin and renal function in rats with chronic renal anemia. METHODS: The rat models of chronic renal anemia were established with adenine ( n =30) and then were treated with YSWX. RESULTS: YSWX significantly improved the rats' renal function (BUN mmol/L: 17.5±3.6 vs 28.5±10.6, P <0.01; 12.2±3.2 vs 28.5± 10.6, P <0.01; SCr μmol/L:109.1±10.2 vs 72.1±7.6, P <0.01; 93.9±11.7 vs 72.1±7.6, P <0.01) and increased the erythropoietin level in plasma (CFU E;11.5±3.4 vs 6.58±2.1, P <0.01; 13.2±3.6 vs 6.58±2.1, P <0.01). CONCLUSION: YSWX can improve rat renal function and increase erythropoietin level in plasma.
